Gift Certificates
are available for any amount, and make the perfect present for anyone who has hair, skin and a need for some pampering. The gift certificates are redeemable for services and for retail product sold at You're So Vain. You can purchase them on-line, by calling 716~536~5402, or picking them up on location. We can also mail the gift certificates out for you.
Gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable. Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable.

Cancellations
require at least 24 hours notice. Please note that once an appointment is booked - unless we are informed otherwise - we'll look
forward to your being there. "Skipped" appointments will be charged in full.
Please alert
your reservationist if you are: pregnant, are suffering from high-blood pressure, have joint or muscle injuries, have had recent laser or plastic surgery, are using any photosensitizing medications, or if there has been any change in your health history from your previous visit. We want to be certain that can can safely perform your requested service.
Returns
You're So Vain will accept returns on merchandise purchased from the facility within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt except when items are opened. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets. All refunds are for You're So Vain Retail Credit only. There are no cash refunds.
Other Tidbits
Please keep all valuables that you brought with you to You're So Vain on your person during your visit. Unfortunately, You're So Vain cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
You're So Vain reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or increase prices on treatments without prior notification to ensure best standards of service and quality are met. Please ask your reservationist if you have any questions when booking your appointment.
We accept all major credit cards, You're So Vain Gift Certificates, and cash as payment for treatments and product.
You may opt to leave gratuities to recognize "a job well done". The recommended range is 15% - 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount left is up to your discretion and greatly appreciated.
